The terms of using SYRO.

• Students aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree first (we email them).
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

SYRO is a study tool for Pearson Edexcel International qualifications: notes, a daily plan, your mistakes, links to past papers, and an AI mentor. It is independent. It is not run, approved or endorsed by Pearson, and “Pearson” and “Edexcel” are Pearson's trademarks. Past papers and mark schemes belong to Pearson; SYRO links to Pearson's own copies.

Your result depends on your work. SYRO does not promise any grade. The mentor is an AI and can be wrong: check what it says against the mark scheme, and tell us when something is wrong through Report a problem.

New students get seven days of everything, free. After that a free plan stays available, and SYRO Full is opened with an access code. When card payments open, you will see the price before you pay, and nothing is ever charged without you agreeing to it first.

Your answers, mistakes and messages stay yours. You let us store and process them to run SYRO for you, as the privacy policy explains. Do not put other people's personal details in them.

Do not:

• use SYRO to cheat in a real exam or coursework;
• share your account: an account is for one person, and stays signed in on at most 2 devices;
• sell, republish or hand on SYRO's notes, questions or data, including as screenshots or files;
• use SYRO's notes, questions or data to train AI models or to build a competing product;
• copy SYRO in bulk with scripts or bots, or try to break, overload or get around its security;
• use the mentor to write anything harmful, hateful or unrelated to study.

If you do, we may pause or close the account. Where it is fair to, we will warn you first.

SYRO's notes, questions, worked solutions, plans, design, name and software are ours, all rights reserved. You may use them for your own study; you may not copy them for anyone else.

SYRO is improving every week, so features may change, move or stop. We tell you in the app about changes that matter. We try to keep SYRO running at all times but cannot promise it will never be down.

You can delete your account at any time from Me. We may close accounts that break these terms. Everything you wrote goes when the account goes, as the privacy policy explains.

SYRO is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for exam results, or for losses that come from relying on SYRO instead of checking official Pearson material. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you.
